THE SISTERHOOD METHOD
Creating spaces where women feel seen, heard, valued, and deeply connected.
A foundation for meaningful connection and intentional community
The Sisterhood Method is a simple yet powerful framework designed to help women feel seen, heard, valued, and able to create their own sense of belonging. At its heart, the method is about creating spaces where women can arrive as they are, share what is true for them, and build authentic connections that extend beyond the room. Rather than traditional networking or surface-level gatherings, the Sisterhood Method guides women through a natural rhythm of connection that allows trust, openness, and community to emerge organically.

THE FRAMEWORK
(I) CONNECT
Through simple introductions and gentle arrival practices, women are welcomed into the space without expectation or pressure to perform. This moment allows each woman to simply show up as she is.
(II) DEEPEN
Through intentional conversation, moments of silence, and attentive presence, women are invited to explore what is alive for them. When women move through an experience together, a deeper sense of trust and belonging naturally emerges.
(III) EXCHANGE
Women are invited to ask for what they need and offer what they can. Skills, ideas, opportunities, and encouragement flow in all directions. This is where community truly starts to take shape.
Where The Method Began
SISTERHOOD COPENHAGEN
The Sisterhood Method was born from years of real-world community building through The Sisterhood Copenhagen, founded in 2019 by Victoria Lutzhoft.
What began as intimate gatherings for women seeking deeper connection quickly grew into a thriving community of hundreds of members. Through Open Circles, workshops, and collaborative events with local brands and wellness spaces, women across Copenhagen gathered to explore meaningful conversations around topics that are often left unspoken.
These gatherings became more than events. They became the starting point for friendships, creative collaborations, business partnerships, and support networks between women who had previously been strangers. Over time, women from other cities and communities began asking a simple question: "How can I create something like this too?"
The answer to that question eventually became The Sisterhood Method.
