A Different Kind of Workplace Experience

These workshops are designed to create space for your team to slow down, reconnect, and engage with one another in a more meaningful way.

Blending elements of:

  • Guided conversation

  • Embodiment practices (such as breathwork, light movement, or yoga)

  • Intentional facilitation

 

Each experience is thoughtfully designed to help participants feel more present, open, and connected — both to themselves and to each other.

WHAT IT CAN LOOK LIKE

Each experience is tailored to your team, but may include:

  • Guided group conversations that go beyond surface-level

  • Structured sharing exercises that build trust and understanding

  • Light embodiment practices to help participants arrive and relax

  • Collaborative sessions with facilitators such as yoga or movement instructors

  • Reflection and integration moments

 

The result is an experience that feels both grounding and energising.

As the founder of The Sisterhood Copenhagen and creator of The Sisterhood Method, her work is rooted in creating environments where people feel safe to show up more fully — and connect beyond roles and expectations.
